Daddy, Maxie, & Teddy are ready for Lilli!

A Special Thank you goes out to Sandra for coming over today and painting Lilli's room!!! All of the pink is done and this upcoming week we'll put up the new base boards and chair rail. Thank you to Lynda who bought Lilli's mattress today so we went ahead and put her bedding together. After we got all of that done, the boys decided to have a little photo shoot in Lilli's room. Max & Teddy keep walking in her room just sniffing around and wondering what is going on?!!

Lilli's Bedding

We ordered Lilli's Bedding and it finally came!!! I am so very excited that it is here so we can start working on her room. Here is a glimpse of it~ we are going to paint the room very light pink and put white wainscotting up. I'll post pictures of the actual nursery after we get it done. ~Amy

A Few Months Back...

Hey everyone~

Daniel was disappointed that I started this blog and didn't put any pictures of us on it. Since I am 20 weeks pregnant and can barely stand looking in the mirror I decided to post the most recent pictures that I like. Here are the images from the Cruise we took in March. We went to Cozumel and somewhere else that I just can't think of the name... I'll let you know when I remember. Daniel and I had a Blast!!! We went with the majority of the Day family and It was probably the best vacation ever. These are just a few of my favorites ~Amy

Starting the Blog and a Recap of this Week :)


Well, I've decided to be like so many others and start blogging. I wanted to create a spot that all of our friends and family can go and check in on us and see what is going on. I've always wanted to do one of these but I didn't feel like Daniel and I did anything interesting enough to post about. Now that we are expecting our first little baby GIRL, I figured its about time! WAHOO... we are exciting now! I'm going to be posting some images from this past week and here is a recap of what happened. Last Sunday Jonathan arrived in Pensacola for his 2 weeks of R&R. We were there to greet him at the airport, we were each so excited we could barely stand it! April, Matt, and their Children have been in town since 4th of July and we've had a wonderful visit with them. Bryce and Emma have grown so much and little Grace is just a doll. You know I didn't hear her cry all week long?! (I hope my baby is like her) Jonathan and Sandra tied the not yesterday on 7/7 and it was beautiful! Kathryn and Dylan were the cutest flower girl and ring bearer I've ever seen. You couldn't have asked for a more beautiful evening or a more heartouching ceremony. They wrote their own vows and had everyone wiping the tears from their eyes. It was an intimate wedding and I'm so glad that I was there to see this great couple start their lives together. Following are some pictures from the wedding last night- as soon as I can get some more images from Sandra and Mom (Shame on me for not having my camera) I'll be posting some more highlights from the week.
