Blows my Mind....

Lilli is a very good sleeper. Every night she sleeps anywhere from 12-14 hours. If not, there is something wrong. Last week she was diagnosed with her first ear infection and upper respitory infection so we have been nursing her back to health. This morning as Daniel was in a mad dash out the door he woke me and said, Lilli was awake and crying. So I go ahead and get the antibotic, some honey (for her cough) and some more milk. To my surprise as I opened her bedroom door she was standing there!!!! She had gotten out of her crib and was standing at the door crying. I have no idea how she got out?! The only thing in her crib is her matress and blanket. I took the bumper out several months ago when she was trying to use it to crawl out then. The mattress is on the middle height and I guess we are gonna have to go to the bottom. I'm waiting up to see if she tries to escape again.

OMG! I expet to see that with Setler every day, but it hasn't happened yet and he's a super active, agile 20 mo. old. Go Lili, you have an athlete on your hands! That's good. However, I want him in that crib as LONG as possible. I DO NOT trust him in a big boy bed that allows him to get up and roam at his disgression. I fear every fruit snack in the pantry would disappear before we heard him ravaging through.

Hey there Amy, It's one of the other Amy Day's. I just created a blogspot and I'm not sure how to navigate this thing. If you can add me to your page and Jennifer's. Hope all is well you. Things are good now. We've put everything on hold for now and will try again in a few months. Keep your fingers crossed!! Talk to you later. Give Lilli a BIG hug and kiss from us!
